yeah, the west.
cools down at nights, stays warm at days, and relatively no humidity.
for winters, try a low-lying mountain range, like the northern tip of the rockies (i know i'm from idaho, but it really is weird how perfectly climated the place is) because you'll get no wind, very little cold (from lack of wind chill), but enough snow to keep you out of school for a couple days and make for kick-ass sledding.
It's not Florida, that's for sure... 97 degrees with 90% humidity sucks...
