New Look Unveiled!
I'm proud to present the new and improved Sociological Imagination for your viewing and reading pleasure. My dear, dear college roomie turned graphic designer created the lovely look you see now. I am forever indebted to her, for this and many many other things (some of which are not appropriate for mention here ;o). I would like to thank Erica for complying with all of my requests throughout the design process and for beautifully integrating my two favorite themes - the color green and fairies! I love the image, which to me magically represents the whole concept of imagination without being to "childish" to follow the term "sociological." I could not be happier with her work (and the rate just couldn't be beat!)
If you like the new look let me know. I would post a link to her site, but blogger has some issues with Mac that I'm trying to figure out how to get around. Once I do, I will give her props again. :o)
In other news, it's been a nice weekend, complete with a trip to NoVa, a battle field, Mediterranean food, a visit with friends, a visit with in-laws, watching Motorcycle Diaries, going to church, and packing for our move. All in all, much was accomplished and it was enjoyable to boot.
I start my fellowship this week, so be on the lookout for posts about non-profits and homeless families.

Hey this is a beautiful blog. I think Erica did a fantastic job.
Stop it. I'm BLUSHING!
It was a pleasure to do this for such a good (and patient) friend. I'm so glad you feel it captures the spirit you were looking for. That's what I wanted most anyhow. I'll include the link to my website here, so you don't have to bother with it later. Enjoy!
