1. He spent his day off on Friday cleaning most of the apartment (while I worked on my paper), since we were having one of my colleagues over for dinner.
2. While my colleague and his wife were here, he was a gracious host and even suffered willingly through a board game (which he hates playing).
3. He let me sleep in a little on Saturday, and cleaned up the kitchen and made me pancakes for breakfast.
4. He also made a really yummy dinner on Saturday evening, while I finished up my paper.
5. He spend almost 2 hours reading and editing my paper yesterday, and was patient with me while I freaked out about all the changes he recommended.
